Linux Fundamental 

Course The workshop is designed for novice participants to understand and families Linux concepts. It is also aim to teach participants the basics of Linux and the capabilities to use it as a workstation in office or as a home PC.


Course Objective:
1. The goal of this course is to prepare students who are new to Linux acquire familiarity with its environment.
2. The courseware starts by answering a question where most new users to Linux will question.
3. It is aim to introduce installation guide, tools in the Linux environment to configure hardware and software and also make the new users be comfortable with the command prompt environment.


Course Audience:
This course is designed for any IT managers, system engineers, technical officer and students, who wishes to immediately pick up the necessary skills use Linux Operating System as an office workstation and as a home PC.

Pre-requisites :
Fluency in English, basic knowledge of using PC.

PC Format : Hands on Instructor led lectures and labs.
