Day 2:
The Project Management Facilitating Functions Knowledge Areas and Preparation of a Master Project Plan.
The Project Human Resource, Communication, Risks and Procurement Management with a lot of Team Discussions and Workshops and Group exercise to prepare a Master Project Plan.

Day 3:
Project Management Tools Practice (Optional).
