Objective
• To prepare participants to take the PMP® Certification Exam from Project
Management Institute (www.pmi.org).
• To align your project management knowledge with PMBOK terminologies and
definitions.
• To develop your exam-taking techniques through PMP-style practice questions.
• To develop your personalized plan for exam preparation after this program.
Synopsis
PMP® Exam Prep is designed for IT Professionals who wish to pursue for PMP®
Certification after completing MCITP™ Level 1 program.
The course provide an overview of the PMP® exam process. Review sessions will
be conducted to help the participants familiarize with PMP-style practice
questions.
Facilitators will assist the participants to analyze their performance and to
help them develop their own study plan to pass the PMP exam in first attempt!
This Program is divided into 2 parts where it can be conducted in one session or
two sessions:
· Part 1: exam preparation and 5 trail exams;
· Part 2: revision and final trail exam.

familiarize with the PMP®-style practice questions.
