SYNOPSIS

Module 1: Fast Track to PMBOK® is designed for Professionals who are engaged in project management works.

The course mapped the 9 Knowledge Areas and 44 Processes of PMBOK® from PMI® to specific project scenarios. You will be exposed to various workshops aimed to enhance your understanding of the topic and finally as a Group, to develop a Project Master Plan Participant's deliverable.
