Agile Project Management Certification Series: Certified Scrum Product Owner

This workshop provides instructions on the key areas necessary to take on the role of Product Owner in a Scrum Team. The session covers the Scrum framework as defined by Scrum Alliance with particular emphasis on the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner including: product visioning, establishing the product backlog, backlog management and planning, and other activities and practices that help the Scrum Team achieve tangible business value in the shortest possible timeframe.  Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and group and individual exercises participants will leave the course with a solid foundation as a Product Owner, positioned to help their organizations achieve more business value through the application of the Scrum Framework. This workshop covers materials and necessary certification fee to complete the requirements to become a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner.
